Awards: 1) golden medal for achievements at school; 2) medal "For the best student's scientific research" to the winner in the open contest in the universities of the Russian Federation in St. Petersburg in 1993. Postgraduate course: "Semantics and pragmatics of the word" (1992-1995). Scientific degree: Candidate of Philology, Associate Professor. Subjects (lectures and seminars): earlier - theoretical grammar, comparative typology, theory and practice of translation now - lexicology (3rd year); linguotheoretical course /translation of equivalent-lacking lexical units, pragmatic aspects of translation/ (4th year); specialization "The English word for language mavens" (4-5th years). Scientific interests: pragmatics, semantics, etymology, cognitive linguistics, linguo-cultural studies, language play. Publications: 60 publications - articles, 1 monograph (a chapter in the collective monograph "Cognitive Analysis of the Word" 2000), 9 manuals. Hobbies: pets; reading (popular scientific literature, memoirs, specialized linguistic literature); computer.
